He Holds Me Fast

Resting in the Psalms

When we see the brokenness in our world, and in ourselves, we so quickly feel our faith grip slipping . . . can we really face another day? Where do we find the strength to persevere? The Scriptures remind us that our hold is not the one that ultimately matters. Only the Father and His keeping power can hold a believer securely through the various seasons and storms of life! And dear sister in Christ, He holds us fast!

This year, at our annual women's weekend, all high school graduates and on are invited to join in circling around the theme "He Holds Me Fast" as we seek refuge in the Psalms and are encouraged by women from our own communty. We will hear out Father's voice in the Scriptures and hear from those who have learned of Him, We will see how He holds us fast in every moment, in every relationship, and in the unseen future. Please plan ahead so that you can join us on a very special weekend away!

Cost for full weekend experience:

$165 - includes 2 nights lodging (4 women / room), 5 meals (Friday dinner to Sunday breakfast), all teaching and worship sessions, and good times together!

  • Friday check-in begins: 5:00pm
  • Friday dinner served at 6:15pm
  • Depart on Sunday at noon

Saturday / one day only rate:

$80 - includes 3 meals, all Saturday sessions, and activities during free time!

  • Saturday only attendees arrive by 8:30am

Don't let cost be a deterrent if finances are an issue. Scholarships available!

 

Please bring: Along with clothing and toiletries, we suggest a Bible, a journal and sneakers. Traber will provide linens and towels.

Service project: Please bring a new pair of unique mittens or gloves with you for use at the retreat, and ultimately, to be donated to City Team.
