Rick MarshallSince its founding by Tenth Presbyterian Church of Philadelphia, PA in October 1978, the purpose of Springton Lake Presbyterian Church (SLPC) has been to follow Jesus Christ for the good of our community, region and world – not just for today but also for future generations. Our vision is to see people in a relationship with God through saving faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior - by this we are changed as God's amazing grace brings forgiveness and healing to our lives!

The original leaders of SLPC purchased our current location in the fall of 1989, with the first worship service held on Christmas Eve. After years of dreaming and planning, a “Building For The Future” project became a reality with a "Ground Breaking Ceremony" on Sunday, April 19, 2015. We celebrated the completion of our new addition (6,800 square feet), lower level renovation (4,900 square feet) and sanctuary, on November 19-20, 2016.

Our years of waiting, praying, fundraising and building were based on Psalm 127:1 "Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain."  For only as we set our focus on Jesus Christ, and what the Bible teaches, can we be spiritually changed into the people God wants us to be!

I would very much like to meet you and to hear your story and have you meet others in our community who have found saving faith in Jesus Christ.  You are most welcome to join us!

If I can help you in anyway, contact me at office@slpca.org.
