Summer Community Group Hangouts

Back by popular demand – the Midweek Hangout returns! Last summer each of our Community Groups took turns and teamed up weekly for a time of fellowship. This summer, we’ll meet on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall (or patio/playground!).

Each week, two Community Groups will gather for an informal time of fellowship. The goal is twofold: to help SLPC members get to know each other outside of their usual circle, and provide an opportunity for visitors and others not currently participating in a Community Group to meet SLPC folks in a lowkey, low commitment context. Our church has a reputation for warmly welcoming new people – this is a great chance to do that midweek. Stop by any Wednesday to be encouraged and get to know each other!
