New Sermon Series - The Apostle's Creed

What do Christians believe? While there are many Creeds and Statements of Faith that have been embraced by denominationsand churches for centuries - the Apostles Creed communicates the most basic and vital tenets of what a Christian believes.

Dr. Stan Gale in his excellent book ’The Christian’s Creed’ wrote this: “When we embrace the Creed as our own though faith, we speak loyalty to the One before whom we make the declarations in it.  It’s scope reaches to eternity past and stretches to eternity future, where the confession believer see his or her name etched by the gracious hand of God.”

During the month of August our Sermon Series will be - The Apostles Creed: What we believe and why! To be a ‘believer’ is to declare with confidence and faith, what the Apostles of Jesus taught in the 1st Century.  Together we will unpack what it means to believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, the Holy Spirit  and the church, salvation and life everlasting!
