TESTIMONIES OF CHANGED LIVES

I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15:5)

Os Guinness, renowned author and thinker has insightfully written: “We are never more powerful witnesses to the gospel of Jesus, than when we ourselves are changed by following Jesus.”

The Christian Story is unique in the world.  G.K.Chesterton, the celebrated Englishman of the early 20th century wrote: “I had always felt life first as a story-and if there is a story there is a story teller.”  In a similar way, J.R.R. Tolkien, in his classic –The Lord of the Rings:Two Towers; says this through the character Samwise Gamgee to Frodo Baggins: “I wonder what sort of tale we’ve fallen into?”

What is the  Story that we have been called into?  What has God being doing recently in and through your life?

We are the hands, the feet, and the voice of Jesus, His story-tellers; called to bring love, wisdom and holiness into  our turbulent and  technologically chaotic  world.  One transformed life, made for eternity touching another.  This portion of our site will feature ‘God at work’ stories posted several times each month.  Submit your story by going through the link below.

The story we are about to hear today from John 9 about the man born blind is personal for me.  In many ways, it is my story, for since my birth I too was born with a disease leading to blindness.
